WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 — The executive actions announced by President Biden today are essential steps toward improving access to health care for patients across the country, says the �������ý (ACP). The actions will open up a special enrollment period for health insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act (ACA); begin to rollback restrictions on the patient-physician relationship and access to reproductive health care services; and reconsider state waivers that create barriers to Medicaid enrollment.

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 25, 2021 – The �������ý (ACP) and Annals of Internal Medicine hosted a third virtual COVID-19 vaccine forum on Jan. 22, with the focus on the allocation and distribution of available vaccines, as the nation faces challenges in trying to get millions of Americans vaccinated.
