ACP Well-being Champions: Fostering Communities of Well-being From Where We Are

"To be at home is to be known. It is to be loved for who you are."

—Vivek H. Murthy, U.S. Surgeon General

Organizational Consultant Ron Carucci's highlights two fundamental needs that we all have regardless of environment: to Belong and to Matter.

This issue of I.M. Thriving includes opportunities to apply tools and explore resources to foster communities of well-being with professional fulfillment and leadership skills to transform the culture of medicine sustainably as Well-being Champions, where everybody is seen, belongs, and matters—starting from where you stand. As a complement to this month's issue, check out the previous I.M. Thriving publication focused on coaching.
