The Office of Evaluation and Inspections, part of the Office of Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is conducting a study on the challenges faced by primary care clinicians related to intimate partner violence (IPV) screening and referrals. The survey launched on Jan. 8, clinicians will receive emails on a rolling basis to request their participation in the invitation-only survey. The target audience is primary care clinicians who treated adult Medicaid enrollees in 2021. If you receive an invitation to complete the survey, your participation will help ensure that HHS has an accurate understanding of the challenges clinicians face related to screening patients for IPV and making referrals to support resources.
