Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ names new Vice President, Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ Administration and Engagement

PHILADELPHIA, September 9, 2022 -- The Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ (ACP) has named Brian Hammer, MS, MBA, FACHE as its Vice President, Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ Administration and Engagement.

In his new role, Hammer joins ACP’s senior leadership team and will be responsible for the essential work of increasing membership market share, growing membership revenue and improving the member experience. 

Hammer joins ACP from the National Association of Accountable Care Organizations (NAACOS) in Washington, D.C., where he was the Vice President for Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ and Business Services. He was the principal lead for all activities related to establishing and maintaining relationships with accountable care organizations (ACOs), business partners/vendors and various health organizations. He worked collaboratively with its Board of Directors, SVPs and staff to grow NAACOS’ ACO membership to be the largest in the country. Prior to joining NAACOS, he served as the manager of physician and business development at Meridian Health where he worked to build and support physician networks.

Hammer received his master’s degree in health administration from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia; his MBA with marketing management concentration from Syracuse University, Syracuse, N.Y.; and his bachelor’s degree in business administration with marketing management concentration from Drexel University, Philadelphia. He is also a visiting adjunct professor at Monmouth University, West Long Branch, N.J., is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and volunteers as a mentor to healthcare MBA students.
