The ACP Internal Medicine Meeting 2023 is almost here!

We look forward to reuniting with our internal medicine colleagues from around the world next month.

If you are registered for the IMM and require a meeting invitation letter for your visa application, please . Note you must be logged into your ACP account and registered for the meeting to download an automated visa letter.

ACP continues to offer both in-person and virtual registration options for this year’s meeting. If you cannot join us in San Diego, your virtual registration will provide access to over 100 livestream sessions during the 3-day event, and access to all session recordings after the meeting. The deadline for delegation rates for international groups of 10 people (in-person or virtual) is March 31.

Don’t forget to include these timely scientific sessions, sponsored by the Global Engagement Committee (GEC), on your IMM23 agenda: 

  • Evidence-Based Medicine and COVID-19: Global Health Lessons: A Joint ACP and EFIM Session  
  • Improving Patient Health During Climate Crises

The College is proud to announce a new award, ACP Inspirational Global Member Award. This award recognizes two ACP Global Members annually, who have made distinguished achievements in internal medicine. Now accepting nominations through July 1, 2023. Global Physician Scholar Program Is Back!

ACP's Global Physician Scholar Program (GPS) provides opportunities for early and mid-career internal medicine physicians from outside the United States and Canada to participate in a four-week observership to enhance expertise in prevention, diagnosis, and/or management of clinical issues in Internal Medicine and the subspecialties.

Introducing the International 2023 Doctor's Dilemma® Teams

Also known as Medical Jeopardy, ACP Doctor's Dilemma® is held each year at the ACP Internal Medicine Meeting. Up to 50 teams of residents from ACP Chapters around the world compete for the title of national champion.


Annals of Internal Medicine In the Clinic

In the Clinic is a monthly feature in Annals of Internal Medicine that focuses on practical management of patients with common clinical conditions. Recent topics are Cardiac Amyloidosis and Chagas Disease.


ACP Welcomes New International Fellows
